Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy
Our main commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product from our online store but were not pleased with it upon delivery—or noticed a manufacturing defect—we guarantee your right to an exchange or return in two cases:
1.1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt (the customer may request a refund or product replacement upon returning the received item).
1.2. Product has a defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only a replacement of the defective item).
[i]In cases such as broken glass or screen, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to activate the warranty and must send pictures of the received package. If contact is made after 24 hours, we will consider the issue as improper use.[/i]
In both situations, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email.
Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the return.
For returns due to dissatisfaction:

The product must show no signs of use. In the case of watches, links should not be removed for adjustment. The item must be returned exactly as received, including the original packaging (shipping box with label). Otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be processed.
Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to ensure it meets return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you. You can then choose:
2.1. Exchange for another product available in our stock;
2.2. Receive a refund for the amount paid (only for returns within the first 7 days after delivery).
Warranty: All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) showing the problem. The video must also include the product’s original shipping package (with label). This is mandatory.
Alternatively, the customer can send photos clearly showing the defect, and the packaging must also be visible in the image.
If the customer is unable to provide a video or photo, the product must be shipped to our address (.........................................................) for analysis. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, but we offer a discount coupon equivalent to the standard shipping (PAC). As outlined in item 1.3, the item must be shipped in the original package with the undamaged label.

IMPORTANT: Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage after purchase, such as cracked or broken screens and similar issues.
4.1. The warranty also does not cover:

Damage from fluids (e.g., water damage), even for water-resistant products—each has its own limitations;

Damage from attempts to repair or modify the product by the customer or third parties;

Improper use of accessories;

Wear and tear over time (e.g., screen scratches, oxidation from user’s skin acidity);

Natural reduction in battery life;

Resistance tests performed by the customer (e.g., impact or waterproof tests).
4.2. Cancellations due to international logistics issues or factors beyond our control cannot be accepted.
POLICY FOR FREE PRODUCTS:
Warranty: All products, whether free or paid, come with a 30-day warranty. See item 3 for more information.
Exchanges and cancellations: We do not exchange or cancel promotional (free) products, as these are part of a promotion where the customer only pays for shipping.
Product color is sent based on availability. If a specific color is out of stock, another color will be sent.
Delivery Policy
Delivery time: From 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the selected shipping method (note: Saturdays are not business days).
Products listed on our website are not located in Brazil. They must pass through customs and will be delivered by the Brazilian Post Service (Correios).
We work with two shipping methods. The maximum delivery time for both is 15 business days after posting, but typically occurs between 5 and 10 business days.
Your order will be shipped after Payment Confirmation and Logistical Processing.

Payment Confirmation takes 1–3 business days depending on your payment method (credit card or bank slip).

Logistical Processing takes 2–7 business days depending on the origin of the item(s), usually between 2 and 5 days.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform for selling our products and services.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application—protected by firewalls.
Payment:
If you use a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is deleted afterward.
All direct payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council—a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, third-party providers will only collect, use, and disclose your information as needed to perform their services.
However, certain providers—like payment gateways—have their own privacy policies regarding transaction-related data.
We encourage you to read their privacy policies to understand how your data is handled.
Note: some providers may be located in jurisdictions different from yours or ours. If you proceed with a transaction involving such providers, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions (e.g., if processed in the U.S., it may fall under the Patriot Act).
Once you leave our store’s site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
